Mobile Meals
Free lunches delivered Monday through Friday to low-income seniors and disabled residents of the 37209 zip code. All deliveries are made by volunteers.

Senior Friends
Individual case management and referral support for low-income seniors.

Seniors Club
Social and recreational opportunities for West Nashville seniors including shopping, lunch outings, bingo parties, crafts, and more. Meetings every week.

Commodities Delivery
The Commodity Supplemental Food Program improves the diets of seniors (age 60 and up) with nutritious USDA foods. St. Luke's ensures that West Nashville seniors receive their monthly supplements by providing free delivery of commodities for those who need help getting their monthly supplements home.

Home Repairs & Neighborhood Cleanup
The West Nashville Community Development Partnership works May through October to do repairs and cleanup work for low-income homeowners in West Nashville. 

Free Health Screenings
Vanderbilt Coalition for Healthy Aging provides free in-home health screenings for low-income seniors. They offer breast exams; bone density tests; vision and hearing exams; and blood pressure and cholesterol checks; as well as minor home repairs and fitness activities.
